2 Minute Salad Dressing Recipes!

We know it can be hard to schedule in a healthy meal on a busy work day, but we hope these easy dressing recipes will make meal planning delicious and fun! You can find all the ingredients at Save U. Authentic Japanese sesame oil can be found at Golden Bay.
Dilly Honey Mustard Dressing
(pairs with 1 Amy's Greens Mix/dill kit)
- 1 teaspoon organic dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 handful of organic dill (KO Fresh Herb Kit)
- 2-3 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
1. Chop your dill finely, add to mustard.
2. Mix in honey, vinegar, sesame oil and lastly, olive oil.
3. Pour into a small mason jar and take it to work with your KO Greens Mix! Just pour in the sauce when lunchtime rolls around. Pop the lid back on the Mix. Shake and enjoy!
Sesame Tahini Dressing
(pairs with 1 Amy's Greens Mix/Arugula pack)
- 1 teaspoon organic tahini
- 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon white vinegar (or lime juice if available)
- 1 handful of organic cilantro (KO Fresh Herb Kit)- chopped finely *optional if you're a soap-taster, try parsley instead!
- 1 handful of organic arugula (KO Arugula Pack)- chopped finely
- 2-3 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
This second salad dressing can double as a nuttier and much healthier salad cream. And instead of plain ol' cabbage, why not try thinly sliced Toscano Kale in your coleslaw? Same instructions as the last dressing.
Invent your own dressing!
Experimenting & playing around is what makes eating your vegetables fun! Why not add olive tapenade instead of mustard, or roasted red pepper pulp instead of tahini? You can also change up your sweetener (try maple syrup!) or your acid (freshly squeezed citrus is the best!). Add some hot peppa for that added zing!
